I. Main features
1. These DMTD series high quality dual head decoilers are very common decoiling equipments for metal sheet processing industry.

2. They can suit for various metal sheet coil material, such as silicon steel, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized steel etc.

3. Each decoiler has two pieces of loading mandrels, which can rotate for 180 degrees, in order to save time for loading coils,
so suits for high speed press machines and roll forming machines very well.
4. Each adopts a high quality design, with strong cantilever mandrel and base structure, to load heavy metal sheet coils.

5. It adopts high quality components, for long service life and low malfunction.

6. It can decoil coils automatically with motor drive, besides with an electronic sensor rack, so can work together with a straightener,
or a feeder, or a roll forming machine synchronously.

7. It has four pieces of “A” shape retainers for each mandrel.

8. It has a manual adjusting wheel brake device for each mandrel. so can stop decoiling smoothly.

9. Its mandrel expanding adjusting is manual, but automatic expanding adjusting can be chose through a hydraulic cylinder for automatic operation.

10. Two pieces of pneumatic holding down devices can be equipped as optional, to press the coil and prevent the coil loosing.

11. An inverter can be equipped as optional in order to get and adjust variable decoiling speed easily.

12. Other optional devices and special requirements can be manufactured for you.
